个人简介
北京大学社会学博士，美国杜克大学访问学者，曾任太阳集团电子游戏社会公司党总支书记、副经理，现为太阳集团电子游戏社会学系教授，太阳集团电子游戏经济社会学与跨国企业研究中心（IESM）主任。主要的研究方向是经济社会学、组织社会学、城乡社会学和跨国企业研究。先后主持“一带一路”倡议背景下中国企业“走出去”问题研究等国家级课题3项，作为主要成员主持实施了宁波市外来人口的服务与管理、中国家庭动态调查（CFPS）2008•上海调查、上海都市社区调查（SUNS）、长三角服务流动儿童社会组织、经济社会学与中国企业“走出去”等大型调查研究。先后独立和合作出版《乡村工业化中的组织变迁》等专著8部，在《社会学研究》、《社会》等期刊先后发表学术论文30余篇，4篇研究报告获省部级以上领导批示。荣获教育部霍英东教育基金会第12届高等学校青年教师奖二等奖，入选上海市“曙光人才计划”、“浦江人才计划”。现为中国社会学会理事、中国社会学会社会地理学专业委员会副理事长，上海社会学会秘书长、上海市工会研究会副会长、上海市人口办决策咨询专家组成员。
